Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Professional to lead and expand our pharmaceutical export operations. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new international markets, building partnerships, and generating business for PCD, Third-Party Manufacturing, Contract Manufacturing, and Export opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

International Business Development

  • Identify and develop new export markets for pharmaceutical products.

  • Generate and manage international business leads through B2B platforms, trade fairs, and market research.

  • Establish partnerships with distributors, importers, and pharmaceutical companies worldwide.

Sales & Marketing

  • Promote company products and services in global markets.

  • Achieve export sales targets and develop strategies to increase international revenue.

  • Handle negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract finalization with overseas clients.

Export Operations & Compliance

  • Coordinate with internal teams for product registration, documentation, and export logistics.

  • Ensure compliance with international regulatory requirements and documentation processes.

  • Monitor export orders, shipments, and customer requirements.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.

  • Provide product information, quotations, and business proposals.

  • Maintain regular communication and ensure customer satisfaction.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities in international pharmaceutical markets.

  • Track competitor activities and market trends.

  • Develop strategies to strengthen the company’s export presence.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

  • Any Bachelor’s Degree (B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MBA preferred)

Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years experience in pharmaceutical export sales or international business development.

  • Experience in PCD Pharma, Third-Party Manufacturing, Contract Manufacturing, or Export Business is highly preferred.

Skills Required:

  • Strong international marketing and negotiation skills

  • Excellent communication and business development abilities

  • Knowledge of export documentation and global pharma regulations

  • Ability to develop and manage international client relationships

  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
