Job Description
We are looking for a competitive Pharmaceutical Sales Representative who can thrive in a fast-paced business environment. The selected candidate will act as a key link between the company and healthcare professionals to achieve sales targets and expand product awareness.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and medical institutions.

Assess clients’ needs and promote suitable pharmaceutical products.

Achieve assigned sales targets within the territory.

Promote products to doctors using effective sales techniques.

Provide detailed product information and address queries from healthcare professionals.

Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and medical conferences.

Work with the sales team to implement effective marketing and brand strategies.

Build trust relationships with medical representatives and healthcare professionals.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Submit regular sales reports to the reporting manager.

Continuously update knowledge about new medical data and products.
Requirements
-
Experience: 1–6 years in pharmaceutical sales (Freshers can also apply).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Ability to analyze and interpret sales data.
