We are looking for dynamic, motivated, and skilled Pharma Sales Tele callers to join our team and help promote our products to healthcare professionals, wholesalers, and distributors.

Role Overview: As a Pharma Sales Tele caller, your primary responsibility will be to generate sales leads, provide information about our pharmaceutical products, and assist in building lasting relationships with customers. You will be an integral part of our sales and marketing team, focusing on telephonic communication to increase product awareness and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, including doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and distributors.

Promote and sell a wide range of pharmaceutical products over the phone.

Generate leads, schedule appointments, and follow up on inquiries.

Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers, addressing any questions or concerns.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and healthcare professionals.

Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, leads, and sales activities.

Stay updated with the latest products, industry trends, and competition.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any field, 1+ years of pharma experience in sales.is preferred but not mandatory.

Previous experience in telemarketing, tele sales, or customer service in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to build rapport over the phone.

In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products, industry standards, and regulations is advantageous.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.

Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
