Position: Sales & Marketing Officer / Executive
Department: Pharma Sales & Marketing (PCD / Third Party / Contract Manufacturing)

Eligibility Criteria
Education:

Any Graduate (B.Pharm preferred)
Experience:

1–5 years experience in PCD Pharma / Franchise / Third-Party Pharma Tele-Marketing
-
Telemarketing experience preferred
-
Experience in pharmaceutical sales will be an advantage
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
-
Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and clients through telemarketing and direct communication.

Generate new business opportunities for PCD franchises across India.

Handle client inquiries and provide suitable product solutions.

Manage purchase orders and coordinate with dispatch teams.

Analyze market trends and report insights to management.

Develop and implement action plans to achieve sales targets.
Lead Generation
-
Identify potential clients through research, cold calling, and lead-generation strategies.

Convert leads into long-term business relationships.

Support company growth by expanding the client base.
Customer Relationship Management

Build strong and long-term relationships with clients.

Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.

Address franchise partner requirements and maintain communication.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Good knowledge of PCD Pharma Franchise and Third-Party Manufacturing business.
