Position Details

Position: Sales & Marketing Officer / Executive
Department: Pharma Sales & Marketing (PCD / Third Party / Contract Manufacturing)

Salary: ₹1.8 – ₹4.0 LPA

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

  • Any Graduate (B.Pharm preferred)

Experience:

  • 1–5 years experience in PCD Pharma / Franchise / Third-Party Pharma Tele-Marketing

  • Telemarketing experience preferred

  • Experience in pharmaceutical sales will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
  • Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and clients through telemarketing and direct communication.

  • Generate new business opportunities for PCD franchises across India.

  • Handle client inquiries and provide suitable product solutions.

  • Manage purchase orders and coordinate with dispatch teams.

  • Analyze market trends and report insights to management.

  • Develop and implement action plans to achieve sales targets.

Lead Generation
  • Identify potential clients through research, cold calling, and lead-generation strategies.

  • Convert leads into long-term business relationships.

  • Support company growth by expanding the client base.

Customer Relationship Management
  • Build strong and long-term relationships with clients.

  • Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.

  • Address franchise partner requirements and maintain communication.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

  • Good knowledge of PCD Pharma Franchise and Third-Party Manufacturing business.

  • Ability to generate and convert leads into sales.
